UltraDex Travel Essentials

I was recently kindly sent this set of travel essentials from UltraDEX, perfectly designed for your holidays.

The newer small sized versions of the products help you to stay well under those tight luggage allowances and leaving you space for that extra bikini you really don't need to pack.

Every core UktraDEX product contains the advanced iQ + ActiveOxi Technology which eliminates bad breath bacteria, and leaves your breath minty fresh. The UltraDEX Daily Oral Rinse is in a cute 100ml sized bottle, a great travel size, and really does leave your breath super fresh.

The mouthwash works with your natural oral pH level to meet the individual needs of your mouth, and helps to whiten your teeth within 14 days by gently oxidising organic stains. Using this after the Low Abrasion toothpaste, which not only masks bad smells but neutralises them by stopping the action of bacteria, means your breath is extra protected against the intrusion of odour. The toothpaste is also suitable for sensitive teeth.

My personal favourite out of the three products I received is the Fresh Breath Oral Spray, my new alternative to gum to give you that instant fresher breath, that is quick, easy and discreet, also great during travelling, or after a long flight, it is also the perfect size to keep in your handbag or pocket. It has a clean minty taste, is 100% free of alcohol and sugar and suitable for vegans.

I did not particularly find that my teeth appeared all that much whiter, but they were definitely brighter. I think to see full effects I would need to stop drinking tea and coffee which is an extremely hard thing for me to do!

The complete core travel range has a combined total price of £12.90, available online or from Boots. I have used up nearly all of the three products over the past two to three weeks and am really considering purchasing the products again for my holiday in October.

Regenerate Enamel Science Advanced Toothpaste

I love trying out different products for my teeth. I had never heard of regenerate enamel science before and once doing some research I decided that this company was one that I definitely wanted to give a try. I am lucky enough to have pretty healthy, straight teeth, and I have never had a brace before having not needed one, so I like to try my best to keep my teeth healthy and clean.

Advanced Toothpaste
This clinically proven toothpaste is aimed to protect and strengthen your teeth against cavities, reversing the early erosion process as well as restoring the original whiteness of your teeth. With regular use, twice a day in place of your current toothpaste, over time enamel is regenerated by restoring its mineral content and micro hardness. With 75ml and 105g in a tube worth £10, pricey compared to other regular toothpastes, I did feel a difference after the first use. I am however a regular tea and coffee drinker and so I did not really notice a huge difference in the whiteness of my teeth, but they do feel cleaner after using this toothpaste compared to others. The only issue I have is the price, however where results are wanted sometimes price has to be overlooked,  my teeth are stronger and far less sensitive too since using this.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Advanced Enamel Serum
This has the same effects as the toothpaste but is a gel and serum kit, used for three minutes, of three days, once a month. The kit contains a serum, activator gel and two mouth trays which are used to release a concentrated mineral boost to integrate onto your teeth and compliments the use of the toothpaste by boosting it's effectiveness. This looked a little strange to me at first, and the first few uses also felt odd, but after using it for a few months now, it is just a little extra part of my evening routine that makes a difference to my teeth and is therefore worthwhile. Along with the toothpaste this kit leaves my teeth feeling clean and particularly when using this, my teeth appeared brighter.

If you are looking for a new product to try out and don't mind spending a little bit extra then this is worth a try!

NU Skin AP 24 Whitening Toothpaste

I love trying out new teeth whitening products, I am quite lucky as my teeth are naturally straight so I love finding new and different products to brighten my smile. Many of these products I get the chance to try are usually strips, gels or pens and not normally an actual toothpaste so I was keen to get started on using this, and after 5 days I already noticed a difference. The second picture is my teeth after a week of using the toothpaste, unfortunately the first picture doesn't quite pick up the more dull colour to my teeth before use.
This toothpaste isn't necessarily designed purely to whiten teeth, but it contains ingredients that clean your teeth which effectively brighten their appearance and removes stains to make them appear brighter.  This toothpaste also claims to have many benefits; brightening and fighting plaque formation. It also contains a formula that contains no harmful peroxides, and aids in the prevention of cavities.

I found that this toothpaste does brighten and whiten my teeth, but as it contains no peroxide it is not really whitening teeth, but cleaning them by removing stains which in turn effectively makes the teeth look whiter. I think I will choose to use this every so often, rather than every day, so I will see clearer effects. I am a daily tea and coffee drinker, so I think this toothpaste will work best for me if I choose to use it occasionally to brighten my teeth after stains appear.
This is a rather expensive toothpaste at £9.32 on the NU Skin website, link here, however I saw  difference after only a few days of using the product so if you are willing to pay a bit more than other toothpaste brands then you are definitely getting your moneys worth and achieving what you pay for. I like the taste of this, it is not too strong or minty and so it is not too overwhelming. This is definitely worth trying, if like me and many others you cannot afford to have your teeth whitened at the dentist!

Pearly Whites Teeth Whitening Strips

I have been very lucky with my teeth, they are naturally straight and I have never had to have any braces, or fillings but I am always wanting them to appear whiter and brighter! I have tried whitening pens and seen next to no difference, I have also used the Crest Whitening Strips, and whilst these work, they leave my teeth feeling painful and super sensitive.

When I was offered to try these whitening strips from Pearly Whites, I jumped at the chance, mainly because they do not contain peroxide, whereas the Crest ones do, and this can damage your teeth and gums.

Pearly Whites offer a two week, four week or a six week supply, priced between £24.99 and £54.99 to use on a daily basis. Each packet contains an upper and lower gel strip, brush your teeth before hand and then dry with a towel before applying the strips. These strips remove stains in a safe way and leave your teeth feeling fresh afterwards.

I found that these noticeably made my teeth appear cleaner and brighter after the first week of use, I thought my teeth would appear whiter than they did, but I am a frequent coffee and tea drinker and feel that this may have effected the results, however I do recommend these I noticed a different after the first few uses and they do not harm your teeth or cause any pain.
