My Instagram Account

I'm aiming to reach 1000 followers on Instagram, and still have a few hundred to go before I get there! I use it daily, posting around 4-8 photos a day on average, of anything fashion, beauty, interior, lifestyle, make-up related. Sleek Contour Kit Review

Note: The colour of the different shades on the websites are not identical to the actual shades of the kit so I recommend going and having a look in a store or doing further search online if you are unsure of which colour will be best for you!

Mine is in the shade 'light' and as I'm quite pale this is the perfect shade for me. If I want a more bronzed, darker contour the product is easily build-able and super easy to blend; (I love using the contour brush from Real Techniques in the Core Collection set to apply this! The bronzer is matte and pigmented. 

The highlighter is also lovely, one I reach for daily, it's not too glittery or sparkly, but gives a lovely glow to the skin, and is also very pigmented. 

Overall, this is a product that I would definitely repurchase and one I would recommend for someone who is new to contouring, the kit also comes with a leaflet on where to contour and how to get the best out of the product!

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara Review

As someone who really did not get on with Benefit's They're Real! Mascara I didn't have high hopes for the Roller Lash released in March. However the latest Elle Mag comes with a small sample so I gave it a try and I am pleasantly surprised with the results.

It claims to be a super-curling and lifting and I find this to be somewhat true, I can achieve a great curl when I apply this after using an eyelash curler and it does give a great lift to my eyelashes, in comparison to the little lift the 'They're Real' mascara provided. 

The curved brush is perfect for catching all eyelashes as it has small hooks to grip them and the wand isn't too big so it is great for small eyes. It adds volume and length to my lashes however as I have very straight lashes I still find that curling my lashes before hand really makes this mascara work well for me. 

I would definitely recommend this mascara, however if you do not wish to pay the rather steep price, or cannot wait for its release, grab the latest Elle mag for your sample!
